The village of Lioux is located between Joucas and Saint Saturnin d’Apt in a charming coomb surround by pristine natural landscapes such lavender fields and vineyards. The highlight of the surrounding countryside is the Madeleine cliffs (1km long, 100m high). The village has few inhabitants compared to the hamlet surrounding the castle where the number of inhabitants is significantly greater.
