This house is the central south facing part of a larger property (see our ref L240 for the whole property).
With southern exposure, the Maison de Maitre has 280 m2 of living space, 3 terraces totaling 150 m2 as well as a 8000 m2 garden and independent parking.

SITUATION
At less than 10 minutes from : Gordes, Roussillon, the castle of Lacoste... Ménerbes, Bonnieux
Cavaillon 20mn (motorway access), Avignon TGV (40 min), international airport Marseille/Provence (1h), St Rémy de Provence (40mn)

INTERIOR
On the ground floor the 80 m2 living room is furnished with particular care (satellite television 16x9, telephone access to the Internet by ADSL connection). The Provencal kitchen (40 m2) has the most modern of equipment (a Lacanche cooker, American refrigerator, large convivial dining table, ...).
Upstairs, the hallway serves 4 bedrooms with views of the park :
