Agency fees The agency fees are always included in the price. This varies from 5% to 6% (vat included), depending on the value of the house or property. There is no difference between the property prices advertised in France or abroad (through our international partners for example) Please note that notary fees are never included. Structural survey We can put you in contact with qualified chartered surveyor working in Provence if you want independent advice on the property you plan to buy. Antoine, born in the area and qualified in estate agency and company management, handles Sales and Property Investments (Buy-to-let). Nathalie, dual French / British nationality, specialises in interior design, Holiday Rentals and House Management. Nathalie and Antoine both speak English. Your Provence International carries professional insurances and guarantees as required by law : Professional licences n°01-827 (Sales) and 02-899 (Holiday rentals) issued by the Prefecture of Vaucluse Listed on the "Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés d'Avignon", n°434 665 444 Professional Indemnity Insurance Financial Guarantees in place for all Sales and Holiday Rentals business Insurances and Financial Guarantees are effected through Lloyd's France S.A. - 4 rue des Petits Pères - 75002 Paris We carry additional specialist insurance for Holiday Rentals (breakages, loss of rent...) which automatically protects all our clients. Details of this insurance are naturally available to you upon request.
