With degrees in the building trade and a strong passion for architecture and restoration, Nathalie et Antoine Réguis created the agency Your Provence in January 2001. Your Provence is located in Goult "The hidden village" in the heart of the Luberon centred in the golden triangle of Gordes - Ménerbes - Bonnieux. The agency has Local and International clients (buyers as well as sellers). Nathalie has set up her own company for the Holiday Rentals (Luberon Rentals Ltd), based in Edinburgh-UK, where the family has moved to raise their 3 children in a international environment.
Andrea joined our team in 2010. It is particularly at ease in an international environment: born in the Netherlands of an Italian father, a German mother, studies in France and the USA, he has built a strong network in the valley and will find you the best properties in the Luberon. 8. Agency fee :
Our agency fees are always included in the offered price. They are always payable by the seller (unless otherwise specified by the buyer).

- The first step is the signing of the provisional sales agreement. At this stage all the conditions of the sale are officially put in writing: price, furniture, deadlines, special conditions (credit, building permit, etc.). The buyer puts down a deposit (an amount less than or equal to 10%). After signing the agreement the seller can no longer sell to anyone else. The buyer has a period of 7 days after signing the agreement to retract (there is no period to retract when buying a land, a business, or for real estate professional buyers).
- The allotted time between the agreement and the actual sale is usually 2 to 3 months. This period can be extended to 8 or 9 months when a building permit is stipulated in the suspensive conditions (in the case of building land, for example).
- When all the required administrative documents are obtained the buyer pays the remaining balance, the sales contract is signed and the keys are handed over to the buyer all in the presence of a notary.
